ACT Online Prep App Reviews

The ACT has completely ignored the reviews stating that students cannot login. I wish I could rate negative stars.

Nothing will load. Waited 5 minutes and it still wouldnt so ¯_(ツ)_/¯ Ill just use the computer.

Every time I scroll down it goes back a page. I keep running out of time cause Im spending half of it just trying to keep it on the right question!!!!

With the same info on the computer, I can log in. I cannot log in with the app using the same profile information. I cant even use it, so it clearly deserves a one star.

Whenever Im doing the practice questions and click the "continue" button, it skips every other question. Once its skipped half of them and Ive completed half of them, it takes me back to the Learning Tasks screen, and I have to click back on the practice questions I was doing. This continues until Ive finished all of the questions. Im not sure if this is because of the app or because of the update that just happened. Other than this, the app seems to work great!

Ive used this app for hours answering over 300 questions. One day i get on and all my data on the questons ive taken is gone. Ivd tried many ways to see how i can get my data back but it seems like theres no way. Very disapointed.

This app is so unusable! ACT, Inc. should be ashamed of itself for making an app where you cant even login to study.

This app is great for reading the actual lessons and reviews, but I really wish I could use it to take the practice tests in a quiet place like my room. Well designed, but I also would love a feature to make the text bigger - its a little hard to read sometimes. It let me log in right away!

I payed the 40 bucks for this online prep, but I cant login. I am very upset about this, I have tried several times and still wont let me get in with my ACT account, hope this gets fixed soon.

Cannot log in. Needs to be fixed! Also should add a change so you can log in with ACT ID as well. Will not recommend to anybody until this is fixed!

I can log into my account on the computer but once I try to log into the app it says my email does not exist! So frustrating!
